CAN LOSING CITIZENSHIP FOR MARRYING AN ISRAELI BE JUSTIFIED?
The Egyptian law now rules that the citizen-ships of children of Israeli mothers (and Egyptian fathers) will be revoked. Where as the citizenship of thousands of Egyptian men married to Israeli women hangs in the balance; Their wives will be scrutinized on whether they are loyal to the Arab world or not through a selective wife screening process that filters out 'oppressive' non-Arab Israelis from decidedly oppressed Arab ones.
Can losing citizenship for marrying an Israeli be justified?
Yes, because... Non violent opposition
Egypt has both been criticized and commemorated for maintaining friendly relations with Israel over the years. The time has come for Egypt to manifest openly that her loyalties are truly with the Arab World and that she, does not in any way approve of the inhuman mistreatment of Arabs in the Gaza strip by Israel.
Egypt is taking a peaceful stand that effectively creates the understanding that her friendliness with Israel is conditional and comes at a cost. Egypt is in a bargaining position where she can pressurize Israel to behave.[1]
Such buffoonery only makes the North African country of Egypt look silly. There is no bargaining position. If anything Egypt looks bad for stripping her own citizens of their citizenship after marrying Israelis. There are thousands of Egyptian men of this kind and for Egypt to famish herself of such a high proportion of her own workforce essentially damages Egypt not Israel, even if these Egyptian men stay in Egypt and get paid visas, in which case the factor payments from abroad(the salaries of these men which amount to more money than any visa) will not be part of Egypt's economy.
While most countries tighten immigration laws for their security and/or to acquire only extremely skilled and productive newly naturalized citizens; Egypt is making a move that will worsen her economy and deride her citizens.

Can losing citizenship for marrying an Israeli be justified?
Yes, because... Israelis are not Egyptian and as such can be practising espionage
The Nation of Egypt assigns great value to her sovereignty and will/should not be granting citizenship solely on the basis of marriage.
In fact Egyptian men who fraternize with the possible enemy should be told off the hard way; for putting their country second.
Knowledge of MOZART operations is widespread and cannot be dismissed any longer.[1]
counterargument:
Given the current allegations against Russian/Kremlin/Soviet spies in the United states, what is dismissed as preposterous on the right may be very plausible in the real world.
counter to counter: Actually there have been recent confessions by members of the Russian London-U.S spy ring.
Counter to counter to counter to counter:However, if they were given citizenship; they wouldn't have to pretend to be. And men are not very good at hiding things from their wives and children; therefore letting Egyptian men who have given themselves up to possible spies, keep their Egyptian citizenship is just as wrong.
Cross border marriages are common and as sexy as the idea of Israeli women being super spies is; is it really feasible? Would spies really come to Egypt to get married and share government secrets? And how in the world they get their hands on government secrets, knowledge that even the Egyptian commons do not have access to. So long as the marriages are not a means to intrude upon government offices and gain access to top secret files; the whole idea of espionage via marriage feels largely preposterous.
More to the point is a comment on the article cited on the left: "the Egyptian constitution doesn't allow (the) government to revoke citizenship."[1]
Counter to counter:
Given how all the Russian reps have dismissed the allegations citing that any information supposedly stolen from the U.S is available to the entire world on the New York times website. The fact is foreigners cannot work in positions whereby they receive crucial intelligence information and so forth. In both the U.S and Egypt.
Either way, the Egyptian constitution does not permit the changes thundered by the motion above.
counter-to-counter-to-counter: Those people were pretending to be U.S citizens. These Israeli women do not parade as Egyptians.
Point 1. Non violent opposition
Egypt has both been criticized and commemorated for maintaining friendly relations with Israel over the years. The time has come for Egypt to manifest openly that her loyalties are truly with the Arab World and does not in any way approve of the inhuman mistreatment of Arabs of all religions on the Gaza strip by Israel.
Egypt is taking a peaceful stand that effectively creates the understanding that her friendliness with Israel is conditional and comes at a cost. Egypt is a sense in a bargaining position where she can pressurize Israel to behave.
Such buffoonery only makes the North African country of Egypt look silly. There is no bargaining position. If anything Egypt looks bad for stripping her own citizens of their citizenship after marrying Israelis. While most countries tighten immigration laws for their security and/or to acquire only extremely skilled and productive newly naturalized citizens; Egypt is making a move to worsen her economy and deride her citizens.
Point 2. Israelis are not Egyptian and as such can be practising espionage
The Nation of Egypt assigns great value to her sovereignty and will/should not be granting citizenship solely on the basis of marriage. In fact Egyptian men who fraternize with the possible enemy should be told off the hard way; for keeping their country second.
