No, because... Premium blond unlike bronde, is not a a colour but an alcoholic beverage
It is a hair color/colour and a name for a kind of beer. In this particular article[1] it does mean bronde. "It's a hair colour so good that you hardly notice it. Or at least, you certainly notice it, but only in a good way. You think, damn her, is she just lucky or has perfect genes?" Basically, it is a not-blonde blonde or more eloquently a "bronde". And the general process of getting the color is the same. Mixing several shades of light and dark hair colourant/colorant and sweping.painting it into hair in stylish, fanciful and creative ways that produce a subtle natural look.
[1] Premium Blonde is a kind of beer, bronde is not.[2] -"The golden character and unique smoothness of this fine lager is a miracle in itself. It stems from a subtle blend of premium barley and pale wheat malts, triple filtered for purity. This malt balance is matched with delicate hop aromas that together create a smooth, clean, crisp finish"[3]
