Yes, because... The descriptions are pretty similar
[1] Here all the photographs featuring premium blonde' hair reveal visible mixes of blonde and brunette hair, which essentially is what bronde hair is. The idea behind the concept seems to be to make look 'naturally done' meaning that it is understood stood that no one has hair that is both brunette and blonde but the mix is done playing at the fact that all hair has several tones and playing up those tones looks more natural than say, dyeing all your hair a particular shade of red or blonde or Brunette.
Premium blonde is for people who are already blonde or want to don blonde that looks classy not bleached at home. Whereas "bronde" is currently mainly for brunettes who want a younger, free-spirited, highlighted look.
